When you schedule an appointment, you authorize us to perform the services described in the appointment or estimate. Appointments are subject to availability. We may request vehicle keys, identification, proof of ownership, and relevant documentation before performing services.

3. Estimates, parts, and additional work

Estimates are approximate and may change after inspection. We will inform you of material changes and seek authorization before performing additional services not covered by the original estimate. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment is due as specified in the invoice or estimate. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service. Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for payment provider delays.

5. Use restrictions and user obligations

• You must provide accurate information and notify us of any changes to vehicle condition or ownership.
• You agree not to use our platform for unlawful activities, to interfere with services, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Any materials or parts left with us are subject to our storage and disposal policies; you must collect vehicles and parts in a timely manner following service.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

We strive to provide competent and professional services. Except where required by law, all services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Specific parts or services may carry manufacturer or supplier warranties; terms of such warranties govern when applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoInc Service Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
